This site describes Room 44 and the ways to reach us. Menus, prices and opening details are published in good faith and may change without notice; the room itself is always the final word.
All text, imagery and the Room 44 marks on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
A reservation is confirmed only when we reply to you directly. Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time, after which the room may release them.
Please tell us as early as you can if plans change. Bookings involving a minimum spend or bottle service may carry their own confirmation and cancellation terms, which we will state to you in writing beforehand.
Guests must be of legal drinking age in the UAE. The dress code is smart casual to formal; no sportswear, beachwear or shorts.
Entry and continued admission are at the discretion of the door. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct affects other guests or the staff.
The Inner Circle is offered by invitation and review. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and its benefits are subject to availability on the night.
Fees are billed in the currency and cycle stated at the time of joining. A membership may be ended by either side with notice; benefits stop at the end of the paid period.
Room 44 is not liable for personal property left in the venue, or for interruptions to a night caused by circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
